■ JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop content strategy aligned with short & long term marketing targets

• Writing, editing, and proofreading in both English & Bengali

• Writing original copy for ads, websites, video documentary scripts, etc.

• Create content, copies or captions according to customer requirements

• Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.

• Identifying gaps in our content and recommending new topics

• Conduct keyword and SEO research to understand customers’ needs

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

• Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics

• Review and update published content as needed

■ KEY SKILL REQUIRED:

• Superior analytical skills to understand the audience and elicit its expectations

• Written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with and an understanding of market research

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multitasking

• Familiarity with the legal issues related to the content strategy in order to avoid copyright infringement, plagiarism, and so on.

■ RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:

At least 2 years experience in Marketing or Advertising Agency!

■ MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors in Marketing, Journalism, English Literature or relevant field

• Proven work experience as a Copywriter

• Excellent Bilingual (English & Bengali) writing and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent PC skills, utilizing Office Applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Expertise with web/internet/RSS Feed.

• Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools
